Danielle is the founder of The Intimate Instinct, a community and educational platform dedicated to helping women deepen their understanding of sexuality, intimacy, and relationships. With a background in neuropsychology and a passion for community building, she leads small online women’s groups that explore these topics through both the psychological lens of masculine and feminine energy and the physiological lens of hormones and neurotransmitters. After navigating her own mid-20s identity crisis and a difficult breakup, she became passionate about helping others rediscover their innate capacity for intimacy and connection.

Alexis Martinez is the founder of New Light Health Coaching, where she helps women achieve lasting wellness by uncovering the root causes of their health struggles.
